I know January is full of New Year’s resolutions and vows to be more productive and accomplish ALL THE THINGS this year.
But one thing I’ve learned from business and working with successful business owners is that success isn’t just about output or how much work you get done. It’s about doing work that feels meaningful and aligned with what matters most to you.

You don’t have to 10x your revenue. You don’t have to acquire hundreds of new clients. Or launch five mega-successful products. Or add a ton of new product lines.
You can focus on what matters to you. You can set achievable revenue goals. (Hint: a virtual CFO can help a lot with this. Reach out if you want help! :)) You can grow slowly. Or maintain your company at the same size you are.
How do you define and measure success? Let me know what you think!
